What will you learn?

This year’s St. Patrick’s Day CLE will explore two different areas. In the morning, participants will learn about the threat of ransomware attacks and how to respond.  The morning session will also introduce participants to what can be done when a data breach has occurred and how to protect your firm through cyber/data privacy insurance policies.  In the afternoon session, participants will learn the basics of Montana’s alcoholic beverage and gambling licensing and regulatory systems and how to guide clients through the combined application process. This session will include an overview of new legislation and look to the future of the alcoholic beverage and gambling industries in Montana.
